I Heart you chocolate fudge

VEGAN / PALEO / DAIRY FREE / REFINED SUGAR FREE !!

AHHHHH. I (Jordan) love making healthy desserts. I came up with this recipe by accident and it's seriously sooooo good. In order to get the cute little heart shapes, you need a silicon chocolate mold. (Literally $6.99 on Amazon .... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019PZ51RC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) I got the bigger mold at Hobby Lobby for like ... $3 .... yeah, I'm all about the deals people. (Who isn't???)


SIDE BAR: totally used to be a Michael's type of girl, but CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOBBY LOBBY FOR A SECOND? So cheap, so cute, always have sales going on, and legitimately have everything you could ever imagine.... You can walk out with 5 cute new pieces of art for your room, 3 new baking dishes, 2 new silicon chocolate molds, one houseplant, three scrapbooks, and a mug for under $100...


Anyway, on to what really matters... this recipe. It only calls for FIVE ingredients. FIVE. Here ya go....

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Cacao Powder


1/4 cup Coconut Oil


3 tbsp Coconut Sugar


2 tbsp Maple Syrup


1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions:


1. Melt coconut oil in microwave safe dish


2. Add cacao powder, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until combined. (It will seem a little grainy because of the coconut sugar, but I honestly love that about this recipe. If you don't want the crunchy factor, you can probably just do extra maple syrup.)


3. Pour into mold.


4. Freeze until set.


And there ya have it ! So easy, so simple, so healthy ...
